Van Glow Plug Controller

Picked up a 2004 E350 w/ 6.0. Hard start cold, starts fine plugged in.
Glow plug codes #1,3,5,7.
Could this just be one side unplugged at the controller?

Most of my diesels have had a relay, the controller is new to me. I assume it's in the same spot as the pickup, I'm not sure how much I'll have to disassemble to get to it.

The GPCM is on all 6.0L, and 7.3L when in CA in the late years.

Seems like a plug, or a board in the GPCM.

Those controllers have a very low failure rate, like said above check the plugs and look inside the connectors I have seen one burned before and Ford does offer a repair kit for the harness.
