Y = Cummins C-180 six cylinder 464 CID diesel engine (The C-160 used engine code "Z" for that model year--could be a swap?)
U = Louisville Assembly Plant
E24310 = 1969 numerical series, November 1968 production
194 = 194 inch wheelbase
L = Dark Green
Q800 = CT800 diesel, 43,000 lbs GVWR (Plate shows 53,000--could be related to the special order axles etc)
