F = 391 4V XD FT gas V8 (XD similar to HD)
V = Kentucky truck plant
A61970 = 1976 numerical series.
176 = 176 inch wheelbase
T = Red (Chrome Yellow is code G, Typo, repaint, door changed with excellent rivet work???)
F756 = F750, 27,500 lbs GVWR
416 = I don't have all the info on these uphostery, seat type and body styles. BUT, is this a fire truck? "6" in that position seems to indicate that.
2 = Clark model 282V five speed direct transmission

GH = Eaton model 17221 two speed rear axle, 18,500 lbs capacity, 6.50/8.87 ratios
N = Ford 9,000 lb capacity front axle with power steering
