Vin Decode
F60 = F600
D = 292 4V HD Y-block gas V8 153 Net HP @ 3800 RPM
K = Kansas City Assembly Plant
132374 = 1961 numerical series, produced January, 1961
174 = 174 inch wheelbase
B = Turquoise
F602 = F600 19,500 lbs GVWR
F = Warner model T98 A four speed transmission
F2 = Eaton model 15201 Two Speed Rear Axle /
No front axle code. Could have been punched through by the rivet, or part of a special order
19500 = 19,500 lbs GVWR
153 3800 = 153 Certified Net HP @3800 RPM
0142 This should be the District Code, which is the selling office for Ford where dealers get inventory. There is no "01" District Code, or "142" code either.
14 = Pittsburgh, 42 = Fargo, but it could be something entirely different. The usual way these are listed is two digits for US district codes, followed by a 4 digit number IF the truck was special order. Canadian districts are 3 digit alpha-numeric.
Note on the axle code: My sources are incomplete and the only reference to an F2 axle is from an old Numberdummy decode of a 1970 model. If you have a two speed, it's most likely an Eaton and it will have numbers stamped above the pinion indicating ratio and other numbers on the driver side housing for model etc. The 15,000 lb capacity would be "correct" for your GVWR, but there could be other axles as well. I'll look further later to see what I can find.

Check your wheels--lots of widowmakers in play in '61.
