Trailer Brake Module Fault
2012 F350 - 175,000 miles
November 2022 my truck had the trailer brake module fault come up on the dash and it wouldn't start. Checked all the fuses and relays, replaced the batteries. Still wouldn't start so I replaced the module and everything was fine. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, November 2023, it was raining and I stopped to grab something at a store and went to leave and the trailer brake module fault came up and nothing, no start but all the lights worked, just nothing on the truck would turn over. Had it towed to work, got in it the next morning and it started, no issue since then. Thought the plug might have gotten wet. Went to leave for work this morning same thing, trailer brake module fault and no start. It hasn't been driven in 2 days, it hasn't rained. I have looked and looked for a logical answer and can not find why this truck keeps doing this. Everything I have read, they have been able to start their truck with it. There has to be someone that knows what is going on with this truck. Seriously losing my patience with this truck and all the BS in the last 2 years with it.
