1FD = Ford Motor Co. USA, incomplete vehicle

Z = Class 8, 55,001 lbs and over GVWR, air brakes

A90 = LTL900 diesel (Badged LTL9000)

X = Caterpillar 3406, 14.6L/893 CID six cylinder diesel engine

X = ignore, Ford use only

K = 1989 model year

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

A25396 = serial number

E4 = ?
HM = ? Neither of these show as a color code in the MPC. Note this is a special order--but the codes are usually blank if paint is a special order.

246 = 246 inch wheelbase

A90591
A905 = LTL900 diesel, 52,000 lbs GVWR.
591 = 59,100 lbs GVWR
Something of a discrepancy between the MPC and your special ordered truck.

PG8
PG = Not shown in MPC, I do not have further info
8 = Standard cab

No transmission code--again, usually because it was a special order item.

7ES
7E = Rockwell model RT-46-160 single speed axles, 46,000 lbs capacity, 4.89 ratio
S = Rockwell (Timken) model FH-901 front axle, 16,000 lbs capacity, with power steering

872197
87 = Body Company (Usually seen for U-haul trucks & firetrucks. What back of cab equipment does this have, or is it a cab & chassis at this point?
2197 = Special Order Number.
