Fuel line
My fuel line from the frame to the fuel rail got cut and needs to be replaced.

I can not seem to find a replacement any where.

Ideas?

1993 F-150 XLT 4×4 351W 5.8L E4OD

The junkyard is your best option
Those two lines will be hooked together at a bellhousing bolt
They can also be repaired but with difficulty
I would look for a good set at the wrecking yard

The line is only leaking where it scraped against something. How would I try to repair it?

The leak drips enough to be a problem, but not spraying out.

WRT the Ford repair kit on eBay, it's interesting that the lister says its for a 91 F250, but it has a 94 part number.

1991 would have the same fuel system. In 1994ish they determined that there was a need for a repair kit would make sense to me.
