New motor

I have a 62 F100 unibodt my 223 is trashed I have located a 302 just rebuilt 8 months ago then the C4 burned up guy just parked it. I got the whole trk for $350. I want to put this in my 62. Please has anyone done it? What mounts did you use? I looked at the Crown Vic but thats permenant and the 5 inch inccreaae in width, besides a unibody isn't exactly the heavest fram. Speedway has one a weld in, Summit a TRD-4849 or a 4819, autokrafter TD4849 ssame as Summit, Performance on Line POL TCM486 ODFx this has the engine mount and the xsmn mount. I'd just like tohear from another unibody owner that has done this. The unibody forumn is slim picking only like 1 page and then goes back to 2020. There are older post but either not up here or just not responding. Thank you to everyone that at least lokked and I am indebt to the respose. Thank you in advanced.

Not a unibody, but my '64 has had a 390 swapped into it,, using an aftermarket cross frame with engine perches. You will also need a crossmember to support the transmission, if you don't have one. I recently saw one thread where the engine supports were separate and bolted into the frame, so there is no interference issues with steering linkage.

I thought I already answered the questions. You might be overthinking it.

Unibody frame is no different than a none unibody frame. Bolt or weld in a mount and you should be good to go.
