The 302 has been "added" to your truck. Ford did not put the small block (289-302) in trucks until 67 or 68 and those years used a different mounting system than your 64 does. It will be necessary to identify what type of mounts were used for the conversion, then you can chase down replacements. I am not far from Gresham. Drop me a line if I can help. Good luck.
