motor mounts - 302 into 53 f100

I have a 53 f100 with a 292 (not original). Can the same motor mounts work for a 302?

I don't think so. The stock set up has one mount at the front of the engine, below the crankshaft pulley and two side mounts at the rear off of the transmission bellhousing. 302/351 blocks are set up for two engine mounts, one off each side about in the middle with a third mount at the center rear of the transmission.
