Help with suspension parts

Hey Y'all! I have a 1970 F100 2WD. Where do you get your replacement springs front and rear? I'm looking at stock height. I'm also looking for Bilstein shocks that fit, but they don't seem to have one specifically for our truck. I like Bilstein for it's heavy duty valves and stiffness, otherwise I'll be getting Rancho 9000 shocks for the adjustable valving.

I tried installing some spring assisted shocks and they were horrible.

I would look to see if there is a spring shop close to you.
Might check with some of the trucks shops as they may know of a local shop.
Other wise try https://www.eatondetroitspring.com/

On the shocks if the old ones are right for the truck measure the compressed and extended and note the ends (eyes or studs) and see if Bilstein has anything that will work. Not many parts manf. list parts for older cars & trucks but with the info you may find they have something that will work.
BTW I run KYB's on my 81 F100 flare side and like them.
Let us know how you make out as it can help others.

In general, you can search on the old ford part number, and options will come up. Just make sure the one you choose is still listed as an equivalent to the original.
Search engines on the internet are really bad about sticking with what you originally wanted. They will side-track you much of the time.

A lot of people run the Moog CC808 progressive coils here:

Bilstein doesn't show anything for even dents.
For rear springs, some companies are Eaton Spring, or Deaver Spring.

Thank you! I'll bet there are plenty around since I'm in the DFW are. I'll also check the MOOG and Eaton coils out. That's a great idea on the measurements. I'll be sure to check it out. I was thinking they probably have one that would work and just don't have it listed. I'll post up my results. Buying Seatbelts and mirrors today to try to get it safety inspected

Thank you again everyone!

If you don't mind your truck sitting a little bit lower in the front. You need to go to you tube and type in FORDF100WORLD. And look for the video that tells you how to install front springs from a Ford Explorer. I think the drop is maybe 2 inches.
