Shocks / Suspension

While I have the bed off of my '82 F150 Flareside, I suspect I should replace the shocks at least... I want something that won't rattle my teeth but still be able to hang with a load of mulch... Any suggestions on improving the shocks or suspension?

Thanks

I have rough country shock absorbers on the front and rear and I love them they are soft when they need to be,and durable and tough when I want them to be.

I put springs on the back but you dont need them unless you plan on doing more. But if you have the money to I would just for more durability it didnt add much of the "Teeth Rattle" for me. It was fairly cheap to.

I have the Procomps and don't mind them... and I like the suspension a bit softer so you may like them. I have duals up front also.

If I had it to do over might spring the extra money for the Bilsteins, at $20 more per shock though.

I have (had) Monroe Sensatrac's on Dad's. Made a huge difference in the ride and handles loads very well. Love them.
