I had the same problem, thought it was the slip joint on the driveshaft, but ended up being the rear end. Not the rear end itself, but the yoke shaft was wobbling. I changed out the entire third member, and the problems was solved.
Could also be your pressure plate warped, scored, or loose. Recheck your motor mounts. My 390 had the same problem. Turned out to be the pressure plate.
