Exhaust Codes.. Please Help.

Exhaust Codes.. Please Help.
Hi
I have an 04 6.0 that is throwing some codes.. And need some help navigating them please, the initial codes are P0470 P0471 P0472 P0478 on 09/12 . I did a reset of the codes to see if they would return and the ones got next were P0470 on 09/20 cleared . on 10/06 got P0470 P0472 Cleared . On 10/16 Taking the lil one to school up a hill got P0299 P0470 P0472 , I feel like the gas mileage is been off since. I dont an edge monitor but I do have the lufi one from amazon and an obd link scanner from amazon as well if you need any values or numbers. I've been trying to google videos to see but they are all over the place. What I am trying accomplish is start with the small least expensive and work my way up. I have put so much money into the truck mechanically recently and am trying to diy it, . I really want to keep it going as it is the truck my dad left me before he past. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone knows of any honest mechanics in the Riverside/Orange County area of California that wont rob me blind doing a diagnostic I'd take that too. Sorry in advance for sounding like a dummy but my Dad was the diesel guy.

Looking at your codes that sounds like your VGT is sticking. How many miles are on the turbo?
