i ended up doing a full tune up, new spark plugs coil packs and plug wires. I also did i new MAF. Check the wires on that, because mine were nearly pulled out of the plug and were hardly making contact. I got all msd coil packs and wires as highly recommended from my local ford service manager, then i went with ngk plugs. Mine now has 250k and still runs fine since the tune up.
