I've always loved this SUV. After many many years, I finally bought one.
Its a 2003 Mineral Grey Limited 4X4 6.0 Diesel with tan leather.
She runs great! Just bought new Method Wheels and BFG K02 All Terrain tires. I might wrap it black, not sure yet. Lots of projects in the future. If anyone has a 2nd row bench in tan leather for sale, or knows where I can get one, let me know. Mine came with Captains, but I would like to have the bench if I ever needed to haul 8 people which happens a few times a year when family visits.
Thanks to all of you guys for helping me with my previous questions, and my many more to come
Can you explain to me how the 40% works, would I only need to remove 1 of the captain chairs?
The 40% works the same at the 60%, both seats lift up, and stow vertical behind the front seats, while the backs fold down flat so you have more cargo space, each bench portion will also roll forward from many inches from their upright potions to allow access to the 3rd row. And each bench portion seat back will recline a few degrees. I'm not sure on the space used per bench portion, and if it allows you to do a split captain and bench. A couple pics of my benches removed if it helps.
While you’ve got it stripped down, you might consider buying some Amazon Basics Sound Deadener Basics Sound Deadener and knocking down the noise level. It’s not as good as ResoNix, but it has done a commendable job in my F250, and performs noticeably better than Kilmat.

Great info! Thanks for the advice. I might so that in the future.
