Question My 07 E350 brake problem

Hi all. My anti lock brakes are having a noise problem. They work but there is some kind of electrical gizmo that went bad. I think it they called it an RSC module. I don’t know if it’s the same as the ABS module. I know that is available, though costly. The dealer said ford doesn’t make it anymore. Parts places don’t have them either. Other than a junk yard, is there any place to get one. Right now the brakes work but at start up there is a noise for a while. It goes off but every few minutes it comes back. Can I replace the part somehow or disconnect it? I had someone do this for me. My health is in the dumper right now so I couldn’t do it. I turn 77 in a week or so. I have found nothing good about getting older.
Thanks for any help.

If you know for certain the RSC module or system is at fault use the Ford OEM part number and search eBay for a new part--I'll bet someone somewhere has one laying around gathering dust. Tasca might also be a good place to look.
