Nada (now JD Power) and Costco (looks like Costco no longer shows invoice) had a build tool that would show invoice price. Pretty sure that Granger would also give you the breakdown of their deal, including invoice price on your build.
If you email Granger a build sheet, they will email you back a sheet with sticker price, invoice, and their final price at 2% under invoice. My 22 Lariat I bought from them the sticker was $65k, and I was out the door for $58k. Super easy process. I flew from ATL on a Friday morning, and was on the way home with a new truck by 11am.
If it is really 10-12%, then Chapman is not giving 1% below invoice.
For reference, my price was $65,999, on a sticker of $70,420, or 6.3% (invoice was $66,666, supposedly).
Kind of irrelevant, as no other dealer I called/E-mailed would give me below sticker at that time, many I'm pretty
sure had little or no allocations (IE, Grainger said they didn't have any left in May), and I would have
had to wait 6 months for X-plan (truck was under 2 months, order to delivery, so glad I did not try to go that route).
Heck, some dealers would not give me any indication on price, unless I came in.

Yep, 5.5%-6% below MSRP is what I usually tell people for a rough estimate of what invoice is. Using 10-12% below MSRP would way off.
Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs matched 2% under invoice for me on my SD in 2022. 5-6% is accurate for higher trims and 3-4% for lower trims in my experience. Also depends on options, ie the diesel is almost 1k alone, the NADA website is helpful on breakdowns of each option/package.

For two years in a row, I have tried to work with Granger to purchase a vehicle, Last year I emailed back and forth and got on their list for when orders opened up and no call back so I went to another dealer and ordered my current truck. This year for my wife, I submitted a build, I did get a build sheet with a price and have called several times and left messages along with email to confirm and make a purchase and no one will email or call me back. So I have lost faith in Grainger at this point. Honestly it’s ok, but with all the talk about granger I expected better.
I ordered a F350 CC DRW Lariat from Granger, as built it was $77,785, OTD will be $72,333 plus any rebates available at pickup. I got an order number but still haven't received a build date. Next week will be my 45 days from ordering, so hopefully I get something positive.
