On the transmitting. You want to have the dealer drop the pan and look for metal. Those hard shifts are sign D&F clutch pack? Its a problem for the 10 speeds. Get it checked don't bandaged it.

already did, trans has been removed and reinstalled when they did the motor. They reflashed it as well.
