Cab Mount Differences
I currently have a 79 F250 supercab frame that I'll be putting a cab back on hopefully sooner rather than later but had a question about the mounts. Does anyone know if dentsides use the same bushings as 80-96 trucks? The reason I ask is that I replaced the mounts in my bricknose with a set of silicone rubber ones from S&B and they're fantastic - easily the single best things to improve ride quality that I've done on that truck. Unfortunately they don't make silicone rubber ones for a dentside and most of the normal places I look only have polyurethane bushings for sale. Could the mounts for 80-96 work? If not, how different are they? could I add spacers to make up a small difference in height? Thanks in advance!

I would reach out to any vendors above that have them in stock and then get the specs (measurements). And then contact S&B (the maker of the silicone rubber ones for the 80-96) and get those specs and compare the 2.
Or get a set for the 1980 and see if they work.
