Cab accessories are controlled by the GEM, (general electronics module). GEM's are prone to corrosion from moisture caused by leaky windshields. This can cause faulty behavior. Inspection is warranted.

I got it out and that wasn’t fun lol
I took it apart and it looks brand new inside and all the connections look like new
Is there a way to test it? Or should I just grab one from the junk yard and swap it out?
If the GEM inspection reveals no visible problems then likely there are none. Swapping it out for a replacement is still an option. I am not familiar with any testing procedures. A search may turn up some results. A quick look turned up this link. There may be others.
The other possibility is a faulty ignition. After removing the key, the ignition is not operating correctly and something is sticking inside to indicate the key is still in the ignition or ???. Try spraying some electronic cleaner inside and see if that helps. May need to remove it and clean it.

I grabbed one from a truck that was a year older then mine, I swapped it out and I am not getting power to half of the fuse block now.
Should I check relays or just put my old one back in?
Looking at some wiring schematics, things like the radio and blower motor don't go through the GEM. Likely blown fuse(s). Double check all the fuses again.

Well to update this mess, I still dont have power to the radio( all radio fuses are powered and good), the blower works I didn't have it turned on lol.
All the fuses are good but the ones that have no power are related to the headlights but the headlights are working
I did take out the headlight switch and put it back in and the headlights still turn on but no power to the fuses
Im stumped, all the fuses under the hood are good, Could it be a bad fuse block? since the fuses that are not getting power are all in one section of the fuse panel
Those headlight fuses only have power when the switch is on
Same as the illumination circuit, the fuse is dead until the switch is on
The ignition switch feeds power to the fuse box and so do the fue links under the hood
You really need the EVTM pages for power distribution and the fuse panel diagrams
