Warn winch wireless remote no longer works
Have a 2021 F350 with the Warn factory winch (from dealer when purchased). It has both a wired remote controller and wireless remote controller. The wired connection works fine but the wireless remote has stopped working. Thought it was batteries but after replacing them, it still does not function. It did work in the past Anyone else had issues with the wireless remote? Not sure if the remote itself is bad or something in the winch (receiver). I'm still under warranty but not sure if that covers the winch or not. Would think so but you never know what they might exclude.

My new 2023 super duty with factory winch, the remote did not work from the beginning. The dealership was of no help at all! I reached out to Warn and they sent me a new wireless remote and receiver. It now works. I would bet it’s the remote and or receiver. They are pricey. I would think it would be covered under the warranty?
