All you should need to do is remove the inside door panel so you can get to the screws behind the mirror. Its just a few screws and the panel comes off by lifting it up. I've seen a few very detailed instructions on the site, try a search and you should find them.

I just had to replace my passenger side mirror on my '94 Bronco. Dealer wanted $128.00 plus tax. found a brand new one on e-bay for $60.00. Just as the previous post stated. Remove interior skin and you have it. Patience is the key on these projects. Take your time and should be no problem Good luck.

Thanks, I ordered the part online for 120.00 including shipping. I went to a couple of shops and they wanted to charge me 225.00 for the part and insulation. So i figured i could save some money by doing it myself. Hey, Why not...

Probably a fair price. Newer Expedition mirrors are perhaps more costly. On the Bronco, there are two exterior screws and one additional interior screw that secures the mirror that is only accessible after you remove the interior skin on the door. I am sure your mirror is electric, so you have an electrical plug and then simply reverse the procedure. I have found with these jobs, patience and close attention to how they come apart is imperative. Make sure that you have not disturbed any speaker wires, door locks/window wires. You don't want to have remove the interior skin again. It gives you an opportunity to learn about your truck and that is got to be worth something.
