‘88 sterling diff capacity

I need to change the diff oil on my ‘88 F250 with the sterling. I can’t find the capacity in my Haynes manual, anyone know how much it takes? Thanks

I have access to mitchel, for an automotive class I’m taking. I don’t know what a sterling is. Is it the 10.25”?
I see

my 1986 owners manual says 7.5 pints for 86 10.25 regardless if it's full float. limited slip or standard. I doubt there was a change in capacity between the years but I could be wrong.

the front if it is a D50 uses 4.1 pints
if you happen to have a d60 it is 5.8 pints.
