Superduty cab on Excursion frame?

I just had a tree fall on my 2003 Excursion, It's really bad from the hood up essentially. The 4x4 6.0 EX has only 130,000 miles and runs great. I'm really wanting to just swap a crew cab on it at this point because of the better chance of finding one etc. I have been looking for definitive information but can't confirm my questions. Would the cab mount points be the same as long as I just put a flatbed on it for the issues that would come from the rear frame differences? I don't have direct access to a Crew Cab or Extended cab so even getting me some mounting point distances might help me figure it out. Thank You!

Why not just get an Excursion body...I see plenty of them on Fb Marketplace looking for parts. I know where there's one here in Houston the guy is parting and I believe has a title. The v.i.d. title will be an issue...
