‘21 F450 - Was wondering if everyone is experiencing the same issue: Getting recalls done.
Northern Nevada Carson/Reno dealers have had parts for the wiper recall for @8+ months, but can’t get a mobile tech to do the job (@6 months). Latest word is their mobile techs all quit. Also have the emissions update recall. Recall ‘manager’ refuses to schedule to have work done at dealer.

Report them to Ford Corporate and take it to a different dealer. As long as parts are available, a recall must be done and cannot be refused by a dealer.
I've spoken to 6 or 7 dealers in the Tulsa area to get the Spring Seat Weld recall done. All except one refused to do the recall because they didn't have welders available. The one that would do it said I needed to leave my truck with them for a week before they could look at it and additional weeks if parts aren't available. They wouldn't even allow me to use the truck while parts were on order. I've had some very strange service from dealers, like they simply don't care.
Don't even ask about loaners, that seems to be a thing of the past.
