Would be driving home if i bought it. they say it runs and holds air pressure, but hasnt seen road in 4 years. I am up to the challenge, but as you could imagine more info is good info. thanks

Your air brakes and color were probably the non-regular production items.
Dayton style wheels: you can still get brake drums and service on the tires. With a little effort, you can find tubeless rims.
Budd style: Beware widowmakers.

Dayton tubeless wheels are readily available as are air brake axles with better ratios and better parts availability.
so it checks all the boxes, typical cab corner rust for the age and location. The rest looks fairly solid and straight.
