Front brake disc warping

Getting tired of removing these brakes every year to get them turned, It seems a single emergency stop while towing warps them. I cant control other drivers that like to cut me off and slam on the brakes, so what are my options? The truck is a 96' F-350, 7.3, 4x4, ZF5. Dont know if I can put bigger brakes on the front, there isnt much room in my stock wheels. Or possibly convert them to floating discs to make removal easier? Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks

350,000 miles on my 97 with a zf5 trans, front still have the factory rotors and on my 3rd set of pads. heaviest I have been is 28,000 lbs. but I drive very conservatively and at least 10 seconds behind the vehicle in front of me. I also drive in the left lane going through towns and cites so someone doesn't dive in front of me.
to make a turn.
as for better rotors, most of them are made in china by 12 year old girls. maybe try the chryo (sp) treated rotors.

Nice, 346k on mine, also factory rotors. I drive very safely, zero accidents in my 24yrs of driving, also have a comercial drivers license and drive a 48ft trailer behind a double axle semi 5 days a week.

I completely rebuilt my rears a few months ago, after my fronts were warped, They were in bad shape when i took them apart (leaking axle seal), maybe the front were just working too hard, especially since nobody else seems to be having this issue.

if the rotors have been turned multiple times they are probably below minimum thickness and don't have enough material to absorb the heat or enough strength to keep from warping.

I have been told not to turn the rotors down any further than the slight bevel on the outer edge of the rotor. If they are worn more than the bevel, they are shot.

i do not turn rotors.
i replace with napa premium. even though they are made in mexico, they are much better quality than chinesium sold by most other parts stores.
