Ok so when I have the heater turned on/ac the car has a problem jumping rpm and wants to speed up.say I’m at a light heater would be on I would have my foot on the brake..the car fluctuates couple rpm’s and wants to move forward. It only doesn’t this while the heater is on.it’s fine when it’s off.anyone run into this problem before ?

Sounds like an IAC issue.
