I have a 1997 f350 2wd dually. I would like to lift it 3.5 or 4 inches but it seems kinda difficult to find a kit for it. I'd like to stay around the 1k range for it but if I have to go over it then whatever or if I could save some more that'd be better too. but yall got any idea about going about this
It would be fairly simple to lift the rear 4 inches. Just find the lift blocks for a F350 4X4, and longer U-bolts. The 2wd F350s have no lift blocks, the 4X4 F350 have 4" blocks under the springs. The 250
4x4s have 2" blocks. Lifting the front would be more difficult.

I found this, i dont know much about anything so idk if this would be missing anything or if it would work or not, somebody said that the 96 is the same thing as 97 so I would think this would work right?
Skyjacker has the kit you need, last time I was looking one for my OBS they had a kit in stock not sure they still do, there's lots of lift kits for 2wd drive but only for gasser trucks,

I'm not much for lifting trucks, but that said, that kit looks like it has everything you would need. Adam posted that Skyjacker has the kit, so that is probably the one he was talking about.
