Oil Gauge

My 1995 starts up good every time...I noticed the oil pressure gauge in the dash never went very high, barely moving....I know these are basically on off switches but I would like for it to read in the center of the guage....I've replaced the sending unit and no change...I installed a mechanical gauge to check the oil pressure and it was 50 lbs at idle...any thoughts?

can get a new gauge or try to re locate the needle

possible wiring to switch is corroded and can clean teminals

oil switch activates analog oil gauge

you can gently pull the needle off of the shaft and put it where you want it, most point strait up.
