When I had to remove some, I used the next size up 6 lug impact socket, hammered them on, then carefully loosen them. It’s a long process doing it that way, had the drive every single damaged lug out of the socket each time. But it worked and didn’t damage the wheels.

Let us know how those Gorillas hold up. I've read that they rust.
I ended up using the McGard 64073 lug nuts and the McGard 24215 locking lug nuts. I used my torque wrench when I installed them and just left a breaker bar and 22 mm socket in my truck for future tire changes.
