What AC said but....some tires are inherently hard to balance. BFG, AT's for one may need a unusual amount of weight to get them decent. Id take the new wheels to the shop and make them rebalance the tires. If the tires are new keep in mind its not out if the question to get a bad tire, dont matter what brand they are. Id bet you will find the installer hasn't balanced them right or their equipment is old and worthless.
