Has anyone ever used one of those gear splitters on their Excursion? I think Gear Vendors makes one. I suppose in the day of 10 speed transmissions they don't have a lot of business anymore, but everytime I tow I wish I had something between 2nd and 3rd, and 3rd and OD. Pricey from what I recall, but has anyone made one work?

US Shift is supposed to be working on some standalone controllers for the 6r100. They have one available for the 6r80.
