It's a 1974. Does this VIN match the title? Does the title have a year of manufacture on it? Or model year? It's possible a '72 gets tagged as a '73 due a slow seller not being sold right away, or an early production early sale '74 could get tagged as a '73. But you can't get in the Way-back machine and tag a '74 as a '72, as there is no overlap in the production and availability of those two years.

C75 = C750 gas

F = 391 4V FT gas V8

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

T10454 = 1974 numerical series, October 1973 production.

153 = 153 inch wheelbase

J = Rangoon Red

C756 = C750 gas, 23,000 lbs GVWR

118
11 = Light gray vinyl
8 = Standard Cab

M = Clark model 285V five speed direct transmission

54M
54 = Rockwell (Timken) model H-170 single speed rear axle, 17,500 lbs capacity, 6.83 ratio
M = Ford 7,000 lb capacity front axle with power steering

23000 = 23,000 lbs GVWR

232671
23 = Memphis District Sales Office
2671 = Special Order Number.

All the usual suspects are present such as engine, color, trans, axle. So something else or maybe just this specific combo or.....

Thanks for the help. I did not have a title so I’m having to do the bonded title process so I wanted to make sure everything was correct. Thank you.
