Thank you sir. So you are saying that there will always be bubbles if I do short quick push and since there are no bubbles with slow long pushes, I am good to go and install it ?

Old Guy- why pick up a new one if the current old one works ? Im trying to understand the process and if my current one is defective or not. Plus I have heard the new or reman MC are junk and break / fail often.

I should also say that brake fluid comes out of the hole in which the piston is pushed. Is this normal ? It slows drips out when sitting in my vice unless I have it angled / titled .

So I followed your advice and purchased a new master cylinder. Bench bled it ( twice actually ). NOW- When bleeding the REAR brakes and as the pedal is being pushed down, the MC spurts in the smaller reservoir and no matter how much I continue to bleed the brakes, the spurt occurs each time resulting in loss of fluid and overspill. What on earth am I doing wrong here ? Would appreciate any help, please and thanks .
