Good evening, my name is Matthew Escobedo. I need some advice on how I should go about fixing my I beams on my 67 Ford F100. I put almost 33 inch sized tires on the truck and I’m having problems on getting the front end to be aligned. The truck is drives but it’s making the tires wear to the outside edge by the side wall. Do y’all have any ideas on fixing this problem without making the truck 4x4? Thank you and have a great rest of your evening.
Not sure on that kit, but since the kit comes with the I beams I'm assuming it has a different bend or it has the king pin holes offset to compensate for the lift.
To get an alignment done, the I-beams have to be bent for proper alignment. Only heavy truck shops have the equipment to do it. Did you try one to do it? No car place can do it anymore. 33" tires aren't that big.
You can get a 3" lift as a diy lift: https://autofab.com/product/1965-197...l-drive-beams/
Yes I have gone to a semi truck alignment place 3 times and it seems that they can’t get the alignment right. The truck darts when you hit a bump and it’s because of how the alignment is but I just don’t know what else to do.

None of the shops have anyone left that knows how to align the front end on these old trucks. This is in the shop manuals but if you don't have one print this and take it with you to the shop. I suggest making the blocks yourself because they won't have any. Front Wheel Alignment Specifications - FORDification.com

Great idea .........just what I was gonna suggest. I may have some additional specs ,if these are not sufficient & you still cannot get it aligned !!!
Also CropDuster I sent you a private message many MOONS ago & you never answered , Did you not see it ???????
Two things helped my truck. One was adding a sway bar. The second was adding a steering damper. Together they really improved the stability with my wheel combo.
For alignment I used a place that does a lot of dump trucks. The guy knew the quirks of these old trucks.
