Crew Cab Armrests?
So, I finally got my dad to buy a bumpside, and am now struggling a bit trying to come to terms with not being the one with the cooler truck anymore 
Found him a deal on a 72 F350 crew cab in good shape and with most of the parts specific to a crew still in it. The big thing missing right now (aside from a properly mounted bed, a few dent repairs, etc.) is the piece which frames the interior handle on one of the rear doors. I hesitate to even call it an armrest, and I know finding one will be about impossible, but if anyone could point me to the proper name, I'd at least feel a bit better for knowing what to call our missing part.
It's a simple enough part, so I might be firing up the 3D printer in the meantime, since we've got one to reference.
