First you say the line pressure test was good, then you say it was low. Which one is it?
# 1 from the line preasure port / tests were all in range ..
#2 from the EPC test port /idle preasures were good ..but at WOT [wide open throttle} they were low. D was @ 100 psi should 170 - 230 psi & low 1 & 2 were120 psi should also be @ 170 - 230 psi . Rev was @ 111 should be 250 - 300 psi .
# 3 stall test is in range
took it for another ride would not go into 4 th gear got jerky then neuteraled out speedo said 110 mph might of been doing 40 mph
I learned something new today! I am obviously not that familiar with the 4R75E trans.
D was @ 100 psi should 170 - 230 psi & low 1 & 2 were120 psi should also be @ 170 - 230 psi . Rev was @ 111 should be 250 - 300 psi
You are misreading the chart.
The pressure at the EPC test port at WOT should be 95-115 PSI in OD, 2, and 1. Reverse at WOT should be 80-95 PSI. You are quoting line pressures, not EPC pressures. So your EPC is actually a bit high, not low.
I suspect a large internal pressure leak. Can you watch a line pressure gauge while driving to see what line pressure does when it goes to neutral?
