Turbo Help

I installed this wastegate on my turbo and one of the bolts snapped off as you can see in the picture. My question is should it be ok or should I get a new one? Thank you.

If you take it off, does that stud come out and can it be replaced? If not, that other stud become a pivot point, and with the added stress it might eventually snap, so it should probably get fixed/replaced. Personally, I'd just throw a hose clamp, steel zip tie or some bailing wire around it and call it good.
