I have centramatics on my srw f350
work decent, make that “cool” swishing sound that noticable at low speeds and windows down. I think the srw set was under $300
I find I still have to have the wheels balanced, or put beads in the tires for highway speeds above 65, but after that its super smooth.
I tried brand new tires with no balancing or beads on my 600 mile trip to UCC in June, luckily my hotel was next door to a tire shop, had them put beads in the tires. Much better trip home at 75mph and 2500ish rpms,
Now…. Just gotta keep waiting for my Gear Vendor that will be ready in September… darn these 12 week waits!
I used to run balancing beads in my sport bike (motorcycle) tires, but never pulled the trigger on the automotive applications. What is the material makeup of the beads you use for the truck @ESwift ?

Not really sure what type/brand of beads the tire shop put it, I just simply dropped it off and went to the events at ucc, then picked it up the next morning.

Buddha Beads. Just like the prayer wheels in Nepal, they pray for you as they spin around.
Do they cover up the holes on the factory rims? From what I see I don't understand how they help with brake dust unless they have larger o.d versions
They partially cover up the holes behind those stock style wheels, brake dust does still work around them to some extent. I will attach some pics of my wheels, which are a different style wheel at the moment. Hopefully it will give a general idea.
Front wheel, then rear wheel, you can see the brake dust on the front, this is after towing a heavy load in the mtns where braking us was more severe. EBC yellow stuff on EBC dimpled and slotted rotors
