I really dont want to admit to it being the PCM only because I can not afford that price tag. With that said I dont think it is because it would cause more problems if it were the culprit. At least so I would think.
I would also imagine it would atlest send a code saying it was upset.
You still have an EGR valve or are you deleted? The valve usually starts opening around 150ECT/160EOT (not sure which one actually drives it) so it would be before your 185F temp so maybe not...

I am deleted but the cooler and valve are in place. Caps are welded into the cooler to remain "stock"
I am planning on taking it off the truck again tomorrow, checking all connections, hoses and clanps. Checking for exhaust leaks and trying another vgt relearn; even though, I dont think my truck is even doing it.
