E450 Stripped Chassis
Hello, new user, first post!
I have a Thor AXIS that is on a 2017 stripped chassis. This unit is not equipped with a PATS system. However, I am having an issue where the RV will not start when the "lock and car" icon is flashing on the instrument cluster when the key is turned on. It has been occurring more frequently - in the past I could just keep turning the key on and off until the icon stopped flashing. Now it appears frequently, especially when the unit is hot (like in the sun). I have replaced the ignition switch and the starter relay tests fine. Very frustrating! I am at point where I will take the shotgun approach on component replacement if I could only identify where else to start... When running there are no error codes on the OBC II.
I am leaning towards a possible instrument cluster, but that is an expensive test! Any suggestions?
