what, in your opinion is going on here? The rear bumper is way too low and angled wrong. It should be higher and more level.
Is it possible the brackets are reversed to give it this effect? I don’t, yet, have access to the truck for close up pictures.
This turned out to be a very simple fix. The previous owner installed the bumper just prior to me getting the truck, so everything was new, no rust issues to deal with. I simply crawled under the truck and loosened the bolts, put a floor jack under the center. There are multiple holes to choose from. I removed the bolt closest to the bumper, jacked up the bumper, reinstalled the bolts.
