Hello everyone - I have tried to search the forum for the issues I am having but haven't found anything. I have a 2014 F350 6.7 that is bone stock emissions wise. I have never had an issue with it passing an inspection until yesterday. There is no check engine light on etc. The codes were reset/cleared around 5k miles ago when I had a rear wheel sensor issue that a shop was working on. The inspection report said the "NOx/SCR After-Treatment and Exhaust Gas Sensor" both are listed as "not-ready". The guy who did the inspection said if the codes were recently reset it might take some time for it all to reset itself or status as ready but I figured 5k miles would be plenty. I did a quick scan with ForScan and it didnt show me any codes etc. but am not sure where to go from here. The only other item that was done recently was the DEF tank heater was replaced in January (approx. 12k miles ago). Thanks in advance for any help/insight before I bring it to a dealer to have it checked out.
Not ready doesn't mean there is a problem or that a code has been stored. It means that the conditions to run the tests for those sensors haven't been met and those tests haven't run since the last time the codes were cleared.
There is a drive cycle in the Ford shop manual that helps get all of the tests run. I don't have a copy to share with you.
FWIW, you'd likely do best to post in the 6.7L-specific sub-forum. Likely get the attention of more folks that are familiar with the specifics of what you're driving.

Use Forscan to check your current emissions readiness status to see if it agrees with what the testing station previously read. The monitor may have completed.
The OBDII drive cycle from the 2014 PCED for the 6.7L diesel is attached. You might find it useful.
You might also want to check into emissions recall 21E01 to see if it is applicable and still open for your VIN.
