P0171 p1151 p0300 p0402

I have these 4 codes, all came on the day after i took my truck tp dealership for a blown plug. The 1151 and 0171 are bothe lean conditions, but i can smell gas from the exhaust at idle, so rather than it actually being lean, could it be o2 sensor? Truck has 300k miles, so am also thinking dpfe could be contributing to the 0402. Opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated

I don’t have an answer, but what I suggest doing is simply look over the engine and make sure they plugged any connections and hoses back in. Look for stuff hanging loose.

I learned to do this every time after having them do work becsuse they would forget to do simple things like putting caps bsck on.

Have to agree with what seville009 said. Look around for anything loose etc. Did you have these codes when you went to the dealer. It could be as seville009 said they for got to plug something in, but if you cant find it, it could be they just forgot to clear the codes. You could take it to a autozone have them check the codes then have them clear them if you dont find anything loose
