Trailer brake question
Hey everyone, out pulling our trailer and I noticed that when I hit the brakes, the brake controller scale on the display doesn't show the blue bar applying brakea harder as I push the brakes harder. If I squeeze the brake manually it shows it applying properly, and I can feel it apply the brakes.
Anyone have any suggestions on trouble shooting or problems?
This is on a 2018 f350 lariat with built in controller pulling a 2 axle fifth wheel.

What happens if you set the gain higher? If the gain is set too low, you could be not engaging the trailer's brakes under normal braking. On my '19, I can also adjust the braking 'level of effort' for the trailer. If you set that to a higher level of effort, the brakes should come on sooner also.
