Exclamation Brake Controller Issue

I have a 2008 F450 4x4 Crew Cab Dually with integrated Brake Controller. I'm pulling a 42' Fountain offshore boat on a Myco tri axle trailer. The trailer brake system is Electric over Hydraulic. My problem is when I apply the brakes ,the trailer brakes apply as they should but, upon releasing pedal,my display flashes trailer disconnected and if you press pedal again you have no trailer brakes. This condition resets in about 5-10 seconds but repeats everytime you fully release brakes. This trailer is the only one I have this issue with. I have a 39' Cigarette also on a Myco trailer but it is straight electric brakes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try running an extra ground wire on the trailer to see if that helps. I put an extra ground on the tongue of the trailer and an extra ground from my pigtail on the truck to the hitch that solved all my brake/light problems.

the integrated brake controller does not work with electric over hydraulic brake system
but with the 2011 truck brake controller they changed the controller so people could use electirc over hydraulic
