shift lever slider

I hav a 2014 f150. after about 6 years the plastic sliding plastic cover attached to the base of the shift lever started to deteriorate(I believe from sunlight). It has now totally disintegrated..

Does anyone know if I can purchase a new slider without buying the complete shift console? The part number I got from Ford was BL3Z7D443CA.

Did you ever find out an answer for the part # for the slider? Mine is cracked also.

You have to replace the entire shifter assm.

I had to buy the entire unit I listed in my original post. Cost $70 at ford dealer. I put it in about an hour ago. Got instructions from youtube

took about an hour.
