I put one in my 205 when I installed a new wiring harness. That, coupled with an Auto Meter electronic speedometer works great.
One suggestion: Install a new nylon speedo drive gear on your transfer case's output shaft. Even if it's not showing symptoms, it's probably very worn and could cause problems with the new electronic speedo. With your factory speedo, if you have any needle bounce, you need to replace the drive gear. It's an easy task.
